Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

 

How it works

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable service. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit or process your exchange.


Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.
  • Credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.
